ELIZABETH Havens (right) at her shop in Laurencekirk, greets Stonehaven Town Hall Trustee Mrs Cheryle Casher.

A Fundraising Fashion Show in aid of the Stonehaven Town Hall Trust, on Thursday April 28 will be the first opportunity for Elizabeth Havens to introduce herself to Stonehaven.

Elizabeth will have one of the stalls at the show and aims to stock clothes and accessories not usually available on every High Street. Her current businesses in Laurencekirk are fine examples of the quality merchandise she will bring to a new branch opening in early May in the present Footprints site, Stonehaven.

The show will be a fun event for Stonehaven with clothes being supplied by Debenhams and M&CO.

There will be a number of other stalls including by Rainbow Hat and Parade - for browsing at the interval. Local businesses have been very generous with raffle prizes.

Come along and enjoy a glass of wine and nibbles while the models twirl. All proceeds are for the Stonehaven Town Hall Trust to help finance improvements to the interior and upgrade the building which is in the process of changing management from Aberdeenshire Council to the Town Hall Trust.

Tickets are £8 and on sale from Barclay Clinic, Barclay Street and Ma Simpsons on Evan Street. Doors open 7 for 7.30pm.
