The Bloody Marys are staging something of a traditional return to Aberdeen’s Lemon Tree with their Christmas show.
The trio’s festive ‘outing’ was a firm favourite in the 1990s, and the guys are planning to revive the tradition once again with a hilarious tongue in cheek performance.
They promise to give fans a frocking fun night with their takes on all the favourites from ABBA, Rocky Horror Show and Take That (to name a few!), to the infamous risqué Christmas set first performed in 1996 at the Capitol where they played two nights to sell out audiences.
“We will be building on the success of the comeback gigs we have performed this year and will also be revisiting a few forgotten gems from the classic set.” said lead singer Ian Gray.
Tickets (£15) for The Bloody Marys Christmas Stocking at The Lemon Tree Lounge on Saturday, December 17, are available online at www.boxofficeaberdeen.com, by phone at 01224 641122 and at Aberdeen Box Office at the Music Hall and His Majesty’s Theatre.
