THE rest of your summer entertainment will be taken care of at Stonehaven Town Hall, as throughout July and August there is a packed events schedule with a bit of something for everyone crammed in.

On Friday July 29 you are invited to “Dance to the Beat with Salsa Feet”, as you learn to dance the Merengue, Salsa and Bachata all on the same night. Dress up for the occasion and dance to the exotci rhythms of Cuba, Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic.

A one hour beginner’s instruction class kicks off the evening at 7pm sharp, from the accomplished Daniel Gaviao Budzelik, followed by a salsa party till midnight, with the bar remaining open until midnight. This is a ticket only event, so get in quick and book your place! Tickets cost £10 each.

SUNDAY July 31 sees the return of the ever popular Jazz Cafe from 2pm until 5pm. Come along and chill out as you listen to Cindy Douglas and her band. Jazz sessions are held on the last Sunday of every month, come along and speak to the band about playing at future events. Everyone is welcome, so why not bring the family along. Entry is £5 for adults, £3 for a concession and under 12’s go for free.

SUNDAY July 31 also sees the return of the hugely successful Laugh Out Loud Comedy Club, which has proved to be quite a feather in the cap of Stonehaven Town Hall.

ON Thursday August 4 at 7.30pm, the Aberdeen International Youth Festival, in association with Stonehaven Rotary Club, presents The Stonehaven Summer Stushie. With Isa Mubarek Al Najem (Bahrain), Kfar Vradim Youth Orchestra (Israel), Joel Subunjo (Africa), ReSession (Scotland) and Punch in the Dark (UK). Tickets are £8.00 (£6.00 concession) and are available from Robertson Bakers, Barclay Clinic, Tourist Information Office or any Rotarian.

LOCALS will be treated to a night of unique Scottish music in the form of Gaberlunzie on Friday August 5 from 7.30pm.

Stonehaven Town Hall Trust Presents: Family Fun Day on Saturday August 13, from 11am - 5pm. Come along and enjoy a Family Fun at Stonehaven Town Hall. There will be Stalls, Face Painting, Lucky Dip, Crafts, Interactive Demonstrations and lots lots more. Entry is Adults £2 and Children £1. This is a fund raising event for the Stonehaven Town Hall Trust
