A Blooming Success for Stonehaven Flower Show

The Stonehaven & District Flower and Floral Art Show which was held last Saturday, was a great success with Andrea Brymer, presenter of STV' News At Six' programme congratulating the prize winners for all there hard work in making the show such a popular annual event. Visitor numbers were up on last year and the wide range of displays and in particular the fantastic Floral Art creations on show made their visit worthwhile.'John Shinnie, Chairman of the Gardening Club, said a big thank you must go to all involved and in particular club's sponsors Mearns Leader, Kirktown Garden Centre,Mearns FM, Stonehaven Joinery, Charles Mc Hardy, Carpet Design, Moir Motors, GPH Building Services, David Waldies, Howdens Ltd, Brickfield Motors, Leslies, BA Hydraulics and Arynot IT for their continued support.
