A calendar for 2014 depicting scenes of the village of Auchenblae has been produced from a private collection of vintage postcards, the earliest dating back to 1904.
Each of the images show that the village has changed little over the years, but people and transport clearly come from another era!
Many buildings have changed little while others have disappeared altogether, not least the whisky bonds and distillery, near the Den.
In that particular photograph taken in 1907, a crowd can be seen gathered in the square, which appears to already be a focal point, before the erection of the Bruce fountain some three years later.
The calendar, priced £6.00, gives a fascinating insight into village life in bygone days.
Copies can be purchased at The Old Post Office Shop and Café in the village or can be ordered by phoning Jenny Thomson on 01561 320245.
