It was a family affair when retiring District Commissioners Lorna Grubb (left) and Lesley Robertson (right) presented their daughters Rachael Grubb and Katherine Robertson with their Baden Powell Awards. The award is the highest in guiding and was awarded at the World Thinking Day Event held at Mackie Academy.

Around two hundred Rainbows, Brownies, Guides, Senior Section and Leaders gathered to celebrate the World Thinking Day.

The annual event is a day of friendship, advocacy and fundraising for 10 million Girl Guides and Girl Scouts around the world.
