Bear found in Scout’s Bear Hunt

Adventurer, top Scout, writer and television presenter Bear Grylls paid a visit to thousands of North East Scouts on Sunday as part of their “Bear Hunt” weekend.

The English survival expert was appointed the role of Chief Scout in 2009 and is the youngest to ever gain this title. The 37 year old greeted over 1,500 excited Scouts at Templar’s Park in Maryculter after arriving at the camp by helicopter.
