The Station Hotel Blue Eleven team from Stonehaven took part in their second annual Annandale 30 Mile Charity Walk last month.
The challenge on Saturday, June 21, involved walking the 30 miles from Moffat to Hoddam Castle near Dumfries in under 14 hours and again the boys completed in a time of just under 12 hours, despite the intense heat on the day.
They managed to raise more than £2000 for the Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice.
The eight who completed the walk were Tommy McLellan, John Wilson, Alan Glennie, Neil Jamieson, Jonathan Knowles, John Shearer, Stephen Taylor and Doug Samways. The team was supported by back-up crew Jim Glennie and Robert Buckley and Budget Van Hire also gave their support.
