Kirktown Garden Centre held a charity fashion show in aid of Carronhill School earlier this month, raising an impressive £1680 on the evening.

The fashion show showcased Stonehaven’s only independent garden centre’s spring/summer clothing range from suppliers including Marble, Tulchan, Brakeburn, White Stuff

and Tigi.

Over 120 guests enjoyed a glass of fizz from the garden centre’s newly open alcohol selection and canapés from Kirktown’s Restaurant Head Chef, Kevin Golding.

Entertainment was given in the form of a violin duet from Glenn and Douglas Shiach.

The money raised will be used to supply sensory equipment for Carronhill school.

Carronhill School provides education to 36 pupils with additional support needs from the ages of 5 to 18.
