Commercial space at Scotland’s largest planned new town, Chapelton, five miles south of Aberdeen, is in high demand with the final space snapped up by a local dental practice.

Chapelton Dental Care, located in the town centre, will be run in partnership with Portlethen Dental Care which currently services the town and surrounding areas. Chapelton Dental Care will serve the 256 homes within the first phase of Chapelton, as well as those from further afield. All children will be accepted as NHS. New NHS, Denplan and private patients will also be welcomed, including those looking to transfer from another dental practice. Developed by Elsick Development Company (EDC), Chapelton will be an 8,000 home, £2bn town with 40% green space and a focus on sustainable community living.
