Nu Spice Stonehaven raised £230 for Arduthie Primary School at the recent Big Family Fun evening held on Friday, June 19.

The Indian take away sold curry and rice at the evening with funds going towards the school. Nazrul, from The Alma in Laurencekirk, was also on hand helping serve at the family event.

Raj, the owner of Nu Spice - who has helped raise funds for the primary school in the past - has said that other groups should get in touch.

He added: “I would like mention Nazrul who helped us server on the evening. Also if there is any other charities or local community groups out there that we can maybe help, get in touch with us.”
