A social firm in Stonehaven is seeking the donation of a shop mannequin.
Woodview Embroidery and Print Services, which provides employment and training opportunities to over 20 people with learning disabilities and other support needs, needs a mannequin to help promote their new services.
The social firm, which is run by Cornerstone in partnership with Aberdeenshire Council, specialises in high quality embroidery and printed products for businesses and individuals, while offering much needed training and employment opportunities to those disadvantaged in the labour market.
James Hinksman, the Production Supervisor at Woodview, explains: “Everyone who joins at Woodview undergoes a training and induction on how to use the machines. Everyone is very involved in the running of the workshop, helping to complete and process orders, but also coming up with designs for some of our products.”
Anyone wishing to donate a shop mannequin should contact James Hinksman on 01569 760044 or email email@example.com.
