The staff and residents of The Bungalow, Stonehaven are hoping for a big turnout for their newest fundraising effort on Friday November, 27 in Stonehaven Town Hall.
The event will be their biggest undertaking by far, the Bungalow presents their own version of Strictly.
Five couples have kindly given of their time over the last few months to travel to Montrose and take part in professional dance lessons.
The couples have been learning the cha cha, the waltz and the quickstep and will perform in front of a panel of judges who will critique and mark them.
The evening will start with the Bungalow residents performing a wheel chair dance after the meal followed by demonstration dances by professional dancers.
The competition in front of the judges follows this and the evening concludes with a disco. A bar is also provided.
Manager of the Bungalow, Mrs Kathleen Keith, hopes for a big turnout as a lot of hard work has gone into preparing for this event. She is especially grateful to Mrs Doreen Hall, a staff member who is organising this and to the dancers and judges.
Tickets are now on sale at Fetteresso Church and The Bungalow, Cameron Street or enquiries to 01569762213. You can purchase tickets for a meal before the event at 7.30pm or for the dancing only which starts at 9pm.
The Bungalow is a Crossreach, Church of Scotland residential home for five young adults with special needs.
