The next event will be the Welly Walk, to be held on Sunday May 3 at 2pm.

All participants must wear wellies, and walk from Stonehaven RNLI crew shed, at the Backies car park to Cowie village and back.

The cost to take part is £3 for adults and children are free. Alternatively sponsor forms are available. All are welcome to come along and join in.

The RNLI charity saves lives at sea. Its volunteers provide a 24 hour search and rescue service around the Unite Kingdom and Republic of Ireland coasts.

The RNLI operates over 230 lifeboat stations in the UK and Ireland and has more than 100 lifegaurd units on beaches around the UK. The RNLI is independent of coastguard and government and depends on voluntary donations and legacies to maintain its rescue service.
