13 Citizens Advice Outreach Service Laurencekirk, The Citizens Advice Bureau is operating the Outreach at Mearns Academy community campus (under the management of the main Kincardine and Mearns Bureau based in Stonehaven) on a Wednesday. We are offering 1 hour appointments, as opposed to the more usual drop in service, running from 9.30am to 5pm. Our specialist Welfare Benefits Officer is available for the morning appointments and a Generalist Adviser on hand for the afternoon appointments.
