SYFC rolled out the initiative to all coaches last year and now want to introduce it to the parents as part of the

The initiative has shown to have a positive impact on players and involves are range of advice for parents with children playing football.

Richard Thomas, from SYFC, said: “It is a cultural change programme that requires all stakeholders in the grass roots game to be aware of and buy into if it is to make a real difference.

“It is proven to have a positive impact on player’s development and enjoyment of the game. SYFC are fully behind the initiative but require the support of parents to make it work.”
