Slower Full Day Runs: These are all-day runs taken at a slowish pace, but are intended for experienced cyclists. A coffee stop and lunch/picnic stop will be made. Distances covered range from about 30-45 miles.

Medium Full Day Runs: These are all-day runs taken at a moderate pace, intended for experienced cyclists. A coffee stop and lunch/picnic stop will be made. Distances covered range from about 45-60 miles.

Faster Full Day Runs/Special Runs: These are at a pace for experienced cyclists only. There will be a coffee stop and lunch/picnic stop. Distance normally 60-75 miles.

Pub Runs: Start prompt at the time stated, to reach the pub by 21:00 approximately.
