Two car collision on Stonehaven road

A two car collision has occurred on a busy Aberdeenshire road.

Police received a call at 1.15pm after a red Ford Fiesta and a green Toyota Avensis crashed at the Crawton junction on the Stonehaven to Inverbervie road,

Police, fire and rescue and ambulance teams were called to the incident on the A92, but nobody was seriously injured.

The road was blocked for 20-30 minutes, but is now cleared.

A fire and rescue spokesperson said: “Two casualties were released before our arrival and treated by paramedics on scene. We just made the scene safe. We were called at 1.20pm.”
