The Trybe are renowned for their alternative upbeat pipe and drum music entertaining audiences at festivals, international events and functions both at home and abroad.
Band member Scott Baxter from Newburgh said: “We are absolutely delighted to be involved in this event hopefully contributing to raise much needed funds for two very worthy causes.
“Having played to many multi-cultural and international audiences we know Scottish music goes down a storm anywhere and we also throw in our own twists and humour to add to the mix.”
The tournaments will run from Friday the 20th to Sunday April 22 with teams participating from around the globe.
The Trybe also consists of Iain ‘Skirlie’ MacFadden (Stonehaven) and Angus McCurrach (Whinneyfold).
