The Aberdeenshire Youth Council are hosting their second annual awards ceremony on November 26 at Inverurie Town Hall, to commend the success of Aberdeenshire’s young people.

The awards ceremony will celebrate the hard work that the young people of Aberdeenshire put into their communities, and acts as a testament for the many hours that are invested into improving them.

Many elected representatives will be in attendance, and all guests will be entertained by a variety of acts from the talented young people of Aberdeenshire.

There are six award categories; Citizenship, Enterpirse, Health, Volunteer, Unsung Hero and The Arts and Sport; all sponsored by various national organisations.

If you know of a young person who deserves to be nominated for one of the Youth Council’s awards, contact dialogueyouth@aberdeenshire.gov.uk for a nomination form.

Many thanks to our sponsors; Aberdeenshire Council, Scottish Fire and Rescue, Volunteer Centre, the Alcohol and Drugs Partnership and NHS Grampian for their continued support, and ensuring the awards are as successful as before.
