Police want to speak to members of the public who may have witnessed objects being thrown from a local flyover.
Police Scotland are investigating after two vehicles were damaged while driving on the A90 Stonehaven bypass around 11pm on Friday, April 25.
A ppolice spokesperson said: “Both cars were heading south on the inside lane when they suffered extensive damage after being struck by an object.
‘‘It was thrown from the flyover on the Slug Road onto the carriageway below.
“Neither driver was injured during the incident and the value of the damage to the cars is a low four figure sum.
“Anyone who saw a person, people or a vehicle on the flyover around this time is urged to contact Police Scotland on 101.
‘‘Alternatively, contact Crimestoppers.”
