Dedicated 2 Girls will return to Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre (AECC) for its second year and promises to be even more fabulous when it opens its doors on June 9 and 10, 2017!
Earlier this year Aberdeen based media firm, D2 Marketing, launched its first ladies event; Dedicated 2 Girls. This inaugural event welcomed 2,000 ladies visiting the 70 exhibitors showcasing the best of all things fashion, retail, beauty and lifestyle over the two day event in May.
Visitors were treated to exclusive discounts on teeth whitening, microblading, makeup and many other luxuries, as well as receiving a fantastic goodie-bag packed with vouchers, gift cards, gym passes and other girly delights on arrival. A prosecco bar, fabulous cocktails, gin, delicious food and live entertainment made the event a perfect day out, and the visitors left the show beautified, with new wardrobes, spray tans and much more!
This girls-only extravaganza will take place on Friday and Saturday, June 9 and 10, 2017 in AECC’s Boyd Orr Hall, opening on the Friday evening (from 5pm-10pm) and all day on the Saturday (10am-5pm), making it the perfect excuse for a day or night out with the girls.
Managing Director, D2 Marketing, Allan Smith, said: “Dedicated 2 Girls is a fully interactive experience featuring catwalk shows, goodie-bags, live entertainment, expert demonstrations and the opportunity to treat yourself with a little bit of retail therapy from a variety of fabulous retailers. This year we promise more brands, more fun-filled activities and now the chance to not only have a day out with the girls but also a night out with our new Friday night show.
Senior Sales Manager, AECC, Anna Mackenzie said: “Dedicated 2 Girls was a real hit with the ladies of the North-east and a great addition to our diverse calendar of events for the year. The event has already made quite an impact and we’re really looking forward to watching the event grow and develop for 2017. There are some really exciting changes in store for next year, making it the perfect excuse for a girly day out, so save the date!”
