The Tolbooth Museum has a new display showing some old school pictures from Dunnottar Primary
The photographs go back over 50 years and there are old scrapbooks of pupils’ work.
Gwynne Stewart, from The Tolbooth Association, said: “Are you a Stoney local? Did you go to Dunnottar School? At the Tolbooth Museum we have school pictures from 1955-1964 along with scrapbooks displaying pupils’ work.
“These make fascinating viewing, showing the extent and quality of the work these P3 pupils were capable of. So, even if you were not at school at this time, they are certainly well worth a look.”
The museum is open Saturday and Sunday, 12.30-3.30pm, and in April will go to summer hours of Wednesday-Monday 1.30-4.30pm. Entry free.
