There will be Healthy Living Fair in Stonehaven Town Hall this coming Tuesday, January 26.
The Mearns and Coastal Healthy Living Network has recently received five years funding from the Big Lottery for a project that aims to reduce the social isolation of older people by increasing the physical activity and social opportunities for them in the Kincardine and Mearns area.
The Healthy Living Network already provides a range of services and activities for older people in the Mearns area and are looking to extend these services and activities to the Stonehaven and Portlethen areas as well as expanding the services to cater for individuals with dementia.
The Mearns & Coastal Healthy Living Network is holding a Healthy Living Fair in the Town Hall, Stonehaven, on Tuesday, January 26, from 11.30am-1.30pm.
This Healthy Living Fair will allow you to find out more about what MCHLN does, as well as being an opportunity for you to have your say on what you would like to see happening in your area for older people.
Soup and sandwiches will be provided.
