A postponed pre-determination hearing to discuss a proposed major development in Kincardine and Mearns, will now go ahead on Wednesday, June 1.
The proposed development is for a new sustainable community comprising 1,500 Dwellinghouses, Village Centre, Community Facilities, Employment Use, and Supporting Infrastructure at Park Quarry, Drumoak.
A pre-determination hearing is a formal process allowing those who have already submitted valid representations, as well as the applicant and consultees, to express their views to Councillors before any decision is taken. These hearings are not public consultation events.
Although no decision will be made on the application at the hearings, it will be minuted and all points raised will be placed before the Kincardine and Mearns Area Committee when it discusses the application. If you have made a valid representation contact Karen McWilliam on (01569 768202) firstname.lastname@example.org.
