Flower Guild Still in need!
Assistance is required by Bervie Church Flower Guild, who have been delivering the church flowers to members of the congregation and local residents for more than 50 years.
While flower donations are holding up very well, we are urgently needing six new monthly distributors to hand out the flowers after church on Sundays.

Winners of the Bervie Christmas Lights Competition were Sharlene and Courtney Stott. Six-week-old Courtney’s dad went all out to celebrate her first Christmas with an impressive lights display which can be viewed at Kirkburn and King Street Crossroads.

Bervie Social Club continues to meet for a weekly game of bingo at The Burgh Hall, Farquhar Street, Inverbervie. Saturday, December 27, will be running as normal. Alan Reid and his team would welcome new members with open arms.

Bervie Surgery will be closed on Thursday and Friday, January 1 and 2, open Monday – Wednesday.
Dinah Begg, lifelong Bervie resident, has donated a tree as a memorial to her late husband, Willie, who was a keen fisherman.

Hanover Court and Craigview Inverbervie
On Monday, December 1, at 6pm the residents enjoyed a lovely Christmas meal at the Masonic Hall by the Hillside outside Caters (first class). This was followed by entertainment by Jack Mcpaerson were we sung and danced the evening away, finishing up with a cuppa and some mince pies. Ally Bally proposed the vote of thanks.
