Stonehaven Indoor Bowling Club hosted the seventh annual Junior Triples Competition on Sunday, sponsored by the Lions Club.
Seven clubs entered a total of 12 teams who competed in two groups, with the semi-finals being played between the winners of one group and the runners-up of the other.
Clubs entering teams were Stonehaven, Aberdeen, Arbroath, Buchan, Forfar, Garioch and Grampian.
Buchan A were top of Group One, with Grampian A as runners-up. Grampian B were top of Group Two, with Garioch A as runners up. In the semi-finals Grampian B beat Grampian A and Garioch A beat Buchan A.
The Garioch A team, consisting of Emily Gray, James McDougall and skip Ronald McDougall and the Grampian B team, consisting of Emma Reid, Kieran Craigen and skip Calum Work contested the final. Garioch A were always ahead. Grampian B fought back but the final score was nine shots to four to Garioch.
The teams were presented with their trophies by Tony Bilsdon from the Stonehaven and District Lions Club.
