Stonehaven brothers competed at the British Skiing Championships in Tignes, France, last week.

Mackie Academy pupils Angus and Finlay Jacobs, who are both freestyle skiers, competed in the Slopestyle Event.

Sixteen-year-old Angus was placed in silver position in the under-18s category which is a great achievement.

His 13-year-old brotherfell in both of his runs and did not place. In practice, he was doing very well and had been on track for a position.

Two weeks previously, Angus was second overall in the Scottish Championships and Finlay was first in the under 16s and third overall.
