Together with the Stonehaven Folk Festival, the Mearns Leader and Kincardineshire Observer are giving readers the chance to win tickets to see former Singing Kettle performer Artie Trezise in the town.
Artie, one of the founders of the family entertainment troupe, will be bringing his new show ‘Tartan Tales’ to the town as part of the festival on Saturday, July 9 in the St Bridget’s Hall at 1:00pm.
We will be giving away two sets of family tickets (which admits four people each). Names will be picked from a hat after the deadline on Thursday, July 7 at 1200.
Describing the show, Artie said: “I’ve been thinking about this format for some time but my commitments with the Singing Kettle always meant I couldn’t really do much about it. So far I’ve had a fantastic response to this show and I’m loving touring solo.”
The Stonehaven Folk Festival will feature over 50 events occurring in the town from July 7-10.
